Why?
Back in January 2024 we trialed our first test of Free Shipping and with the hope to gather data to help us work towards long term free shipping for everyone. The original offer was carefully planned and thought out and it's allowed us to make significant changes to our shipping process to afford you all the benefits of free shipping on a long term bases.
When?
Our free shipping offer will begin at 00:00 (GMT) on the 1st of November 2024 and there is no plan to end it.
Who
This is the best bit.... it applies to ANYONE worldwide when placing an order over £350 GBP (exc VAT and and shipping) or the equivalent amount in your chosen currency. The offer will automatically enable when applicable.
Other Info
It is very important that our customers understand this change is to the shipping cost only and the existing import taxes or admin charges are still liable to be paid by the customer on or pre arrival.
*Terms & Conditions
- Orders have to exceed £350 net value to qualify for free shipping (product value of £350)
- Trade customers are exempt from the free shipping promotion
- ‘Worldwide’ does not include already exempt countries
- Rally Raid has the right to choose courier for insurance/cost reasons
- Rally Raid reserves the right to reject deliveries to forwarding companies, if deemed too high risk, for insurance/fraud reasons
- Customers will still be liable for any courier admin fees/duties upon delivery
- Any shipping costs above £120 will void the offer, contact us to arrange a discount
