CB500X PLATFORM FOOT-PEG PLATES

Suitable for all years of CB500X (2013-to date)

Our unique solution to the otherwise skinny street-orientated OEM foot-pegs, these simple-to-fit billet aluminium extension plates offer a far more comfortable and secure platform for both long distance touring and when standing during extended periods of off-road riding.

Both wider and longer, our platform design offers approximately 50% more surface area than the OEM pegs, and far better grip by using 10 high grip stainless steel grub screws in each side - that can also be removed (and replaced) to suit the riders preference.

CNC machined in-house and finished in a hard natural [silver] anodise with corrosion resistant hardware, they are designed to offer far better performance whilst maintaining a factory look.

Note. Should you ever wish to return the footpegs to their original specification, this can be done by simply unbolting the platforms and replacing OEM rubber piece.

Important Note: To fit these adaptors, initially you must drill the original footrest holes from 5.6mm to 6mm for bolt clearance.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Unbolt OEM rubber cover from the underside of the footrest using an 8mm socket.

Remove OEM rubber cover from footrest.

Using a 6mm drill, drill both holes in the footrest casting and remove any debris.

Place the billet adaptor over the cast footrest and place M6x30 bolts provided into the footrest.

Secure using M6 washers and nyloc nuts on the underside, tighten to approx. 16Nm.
