EVO2 FUEL TANK KIT

Supplied as a pair (Left & Right side) including mounting kit and tank fittings.

Our EVO2 Front Tanks have been CAD designed in-house to fit all 2008 -2018 KTM 690 Enduro models, and offer an additional 9.5 litres of fuel capacity to significantly extend the range of the OEM rear tank, and is ideal for longer trips or rallies.

The tanks themselves are rotational-moulded in tough colour-impregnated Polyethylene, and are available in either White, Black or Natural (semi-opaque), and this kit comes complete with the dedicated hardware fitting kit required to mount them to your KTM 690.

Unlike the vast majority of other after-market plastic tank manufacturers, the inside of our tanks are also chemically Fluorinated* to ensure the tanks do not leach fuel vapours through the plastic, which can typically causes graphics to lift off over time. 

Each tank is is fitted with its own Acerbis filler cap and breather, and features an individual fuel tap so can be isolated if required, and together offers the flexibility to utilise the contents of the rear OEM tank first if so desired.  

Both tanks are connected to the main OEM rear tank using our billet-aluminium adaptor system (included in the kit) - and the complete EVO2 (Front) Tank Kit can be both installed and removed without causing any damage or permanent changes to the bike.

In addition, our modular design means there is no disruption to the OEM air filter cover and seat removal is not affected either. Indeed either or both of the front tanks are very easy to remove in just a couple of minutes for access to the engine and air filter for regular maintenance.

The Tank Shrouds are not part of the Kit and should be orderd seperately if required

Note. this kit includes the front tanks ONLY. If fitting independently of our EVO2 Fairing options, then you will also require our Enduro Tank Shroud Kit (available separately) to finish the installation.

Note. These tank kits are designed to work best with a low-profile aftermarket (aluminium) radiator screen - otherwise the OEM plastic screen will need to be trimmed slightly.

NOTE: WHEN FITTING THIS KIT TO NORTH AMERICAN SPECIFICATION (50 STATE) BIKE, YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE EMISSIONS CANISTER.

PLEASE NOTE: Our EVO2 fuel tanks have been race-tested on most major Rallies around the world, and we are confident they can survive intact in the event of a typical off-road impact. However, like any product or component used in a harsh and potentially damaging environment, unique conditions may dictate otherwise.
