G310GS SCORPION EXHAUST (FULL SYSTEM)

Developed exclusively by Scorpion Exhausts for Rally Raid Products, and featuring a specially tuned version of their Serket Parallel silencer and header to work with the bikes original fuelling - this full system exhaust is designed, developed and manufactured in the UK.

This complete 3-piece system also has the option to add an approved Catalytic Converter, developed to comply with all regulations where that is a requirement.

The silencer has a brushed stainless-steel finish, features a removable baffle, and all tubing parts are high-quality stainless-steel.

This silencer offers a 2.6kg (6lb) weight saving over standard, and an increase of 1.5dB in noise (with Catalytic Converter insert fitted).

Dyno tests show a 0.5hp increase (at rear wheel) with cat insert fitted, and 1.05hp increase without insert fitted.

The OEM heel protector/heat shield is re-fitted (with new M6 screws supplied) to the Scorpion mid-section for added protection.

This exhaust system will fit with the standard/OEM suspension, and all versions of our upgraded suspension: LEVEL 1, LOW, and our longer-travel LEVEL 2 suspension.

Included with the exhaust system is a special 12-point 10mm combination spanner to remove the two exhaust header nuts from the cylinder head - which otherwise can be very tricky.
