KTM 690/HUSKY 701/GASGAS 700 RALLY ENGINE GUARD

Our heavy-duty RALLY engine guard offers increased protection to the front and side of the lower engine cases, together with substantial protection directly underneath the engine.

Fabricated in-house from aircraft-spec. aluminium, laser-cut & TIG welded offers maximum protection with minimum weight, and includes added protection for rear brake cylinder.

Black Powder Coat and comes complete with all necessary brackets and fixings, including our own design aluminium rear pegs to replace the OEM plastic items. A 6mm rubber insert is also included to help prevent debris build-up between guard and engine.

Our unique design offers a large space available forward of the engine for tool bag, spares etc. and can be fitted with our own Plastic Moulded [water] Tank (available separately) for long-distance Rally events or overland travel.
