KTM 690 (2011-2018) SUB MOUNT KIT (RUBBER MOUNT)

SCOTTS SUB (Stabiliser Under Bars) mounting kit for their dedicated off-road steering damper, suitable for both the KTM 690 E & R models (and 690 SMC) from 2011-2018.

The Rubber Mounted bar clamps provide a substantial reduction in vibration and associated rider fatigue, and this fitting kit includes everything except the steering stabiliser itself and dedicated link-arm for the KTM 690 (available separately from us).

Engineered to integrate neatly with the existing cockpit components (including the ignition key) Note. slight trimming of plastic shroud covering the key area is required. 

This SUB mount also raises the stock handlebar height by approximately 17mm, which seems to be popular with most riders.

SPECIAL NOTE: THIS SCOTTS SUB-MOUNT DOES NOT FIT DIRECTLY IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR EVO 2 ADVENTURE & RALLY FAIRING KITS AS OUR FAIRING MOUNT BRACKET MOVES THE IGNITION BARREL 6MM REARWARDS - IN THAT INSTANCE YOU WOULD NEED TO ELONGATE THE HOLE IN THE SCOTTS BRACKET TO REFIT THE IGNITION BARREL. THEREFORE WE SUGGEST YOU CONSIDER USING OUR OWN SCOTTS DAMPER MOUNT IN THE EVO 2 SECTION.
